Additional requirements to keep in mind:

1. Guarantee to use this facility to further the Kingdom of God
2. Must provide commitment to provide a minimum of 3 workers to help construct the next church the first week of June the following year
3. Must provide one Lull, two scissor lifts, and a crane for setting trusses during the construction period
